Having used the Toto S7A at our daughter's house in February, I purchased one for myself. My wife tried it and insisted that she should have one as well. We had purchased Toto toilets before that were Washlet compatible so the water hose and electric cord fit out of site inside the toilet shell.
I searched the internet for a store to purchase the washlet from and found that Premier Bidet had the best prices and excellent customer reviews. I have now purchased two washlets from them and they have been extremely helpful and professional. If there is a third washlet in our future I will certainly buy is from Premier Bidet.

Delivery through Forward was a terrible experience. At least 7 calls were made before final delivery was made. I did communicate with Premier about the issue and they were helpful.

First, the bidet does not have the lift and clean ability, so cleaning the toilet bowl behind the jets is difficult. Second, the on/off dial is too close to the toilet bowl making activating the bidet jet more difficult than it should be.

After coming back from a trip to Japan I researched what the best bidet available in the U.S. was and I found this seller and product. Without a doubt it is worth every penny. I haven’t used any other bidet products here in the U.S. but this one was better than the best hotels in Japan and extremely easy to set up (took less than 5 minutes). I didn’t experience and shipping issue or needed any customer service but they did send me emails asking if everything went well so I assume they have a post-purchase assistance. Anyway, purchased two more to fill the whole house with this bidet for the other restrooms. Get the Toto S7A if you want the greatest bidet out there at the time of writing (April 2025).

We finally installed the seat and control panel, after comparing various options on the market, I chose this one because it’s the most advanced and allows easy access without needing to open the seat. You do not need to turn the bathroom light on at night because the seat also has lights. Very good choice and satisfied with the purchase.

Received a defective unit and instead of offering a return and sending me a new unit, I had to work through TOTO warranty to receive a new unit. Took numerous phone calls with TOTO to resolve the issue and in the end I received a unit that had to be repaired for full price. Not happy, not good customer service.

I wrote on March 5, 2025, that the flush button attached to the remote control didn't arrive in the box. To this day, I haven't received a solution. Without the flush button, I can't use the purchased equipment. Mr. Valdez told me they had written to Toto, but I didn't make the purchase from Toto, but from Bidets Premier.

I REALLY enjoyed the service that I got from Premier Bidets. From the very start, they were very helpful in helping me pick the best of the best, while also ensuring that I didn’t make any mistakes with ordering the exact model needed to fit my existing toilet.
