Ultra-NOVA Bidet Seat Compatibility

When it comes to selecting the right bidet seat for your toilet, understanding the size and shape compatibility is crucial. Toilet bowls come in two primary sizes:

  • round
  • elongated

Round-sized toilets typically measure 16.5 inches in total length, while elongated toilets are slightly larger at 18.5 inches.

If your toilet has a relatively flat bowl that meets the toilet tank at close to a 90-degree angle, the Ultra-Nova should fit seamlessly.

However, if your toilet features a curved tank that meets the bowl on a slope, often referred to as a "french curve" the Ultra-Nova unfortunately will not fit.

You will also want to measure the space in between the holes where you attach your toilet seat. You'll want 5 1/2" of space between them.

Next, make sure there is adequate space between the toilet tank and mounting holes. For the Ultra-NOVA Bidet Seat, you'll want at least 1"

When you're in the market for a bidet seat, it's essential to keep a few key factors in mind:

  • having convenient access to a water source
  • GFCI electrical outlet is within 3 feet of the toilet

These considerations will help you make the right choice for your bathroom upgrade

For bidet seats like the Ultra NOVA, an electrical outlet within three feet is required. The Ultra NOVA can be easily installed at home without a plumber by just following the included installation instructions.

While you could opt for a plumber to do the install for you, it's certainly not required.

Very comfy bidet!

The bidet has a much more comfortable seat than my Toto s350e and the remote feels more premium along with its matching magnetic wall mount. I feel the toto has more of a wow factor with all its features and the bidet function overall feels nicer to my behind but the more comfortable seat makes this bidet a better fit for me

What a great experience!

My experience with Premier Bidets was nothing short of amazing. John really offers top tier customer support and you can tell he wants people fully satisfied with their purchases.

The ultra-nova itself is a fantastic bidet and while I only have experience with two other bidets (a cheap Tushy bidet and a $15k bidet at the Beverly Hills hotel) I would have to say that this is much closer to the experience I got with the top of the line bidet in Beverly Hills. Easy to install, comfortable, works well, and makes you feel CLEAN. I wish I had gotten auto flush version, but since we didn’t have a top flushing toilet, it was not a possibility for us. Maybe on the next one. I’ll define buying from Premier Bidets again in the future!
