TOTO Neorest Installation Requirements

12" Rough-In

One important thing to note about TOTO Neorest Integrated Bidet Toilets is that they require at least a 12" rough-in.

There is no adapter option as with other bidet toilet combos like the TOTO Aquia IV Washlet+ S7A Two-Piece, which can be used with a 10" rough-in adapter or 14" rough-in adapter.

When talking about toilets, the "rough-in" is the distance between the wall behind the toilet and center of the toilet's drain pipe. There needs to be a specific amount of space between these two points.

You'll want to measure from the center of the bolt holding your toilet to the ground to the wall or baseboard (whichever comes first) behind your current toilet.

Most bathrooms have the standard 12" rough- in, but if you live in an older house or building, you may have a 10" or 14" rough-in. 

Measure your rough-in and other dimensions to make sure a TOTO Neorest will fit in your bathroom space first before ordering. 

Electrical Requirements

You'll need a 15 AMP, 120 Volt, GFCI outlet within 3 feet. 

All Neorest Bidet Toilets also require a dedicated circuit.
