My purchase came ahead of schedule. I received the best pricing over and above large companies and over Amazon. I’ll be purchasing from Premier Bidets again for a house I’m remodeling.

But I really can’t say enough about having humans to discuss product with that are in the United States with American accents that I can understand and have a normal conversation with.

Got two Toto Bidets for Christmas, took about 2 weeks to get delivered. I am in love with them! This winter has been crazy cold so having a warm tush is really nice!

I just came back from Japan and after a week of using bidet toilet seats I figured I'd get one. I knew the features I wanted and the Toto S5 had all the features I wanted. I installed it a few days ago and so far so good. It does everything well. Only time will tell how durable it is but considering how reputable the company is, I'm confident it will last.

I got a good deal from premier bidets. They are one of the certified retailers for TOTO. The shipment was faster than I expected and it is very easy to install. The only thing I regret is why I didn’t buy it earlier.

I think the S5 is the sweet spot as far as features and price for the Toto washlets. I wanted the night light and a tankless, on demand version. I do wish the night light was motion activated but it’s not a huge deal. Really like the energy saver modes. The seat provides a luxurious experience with ability to customize heat on the seat, water, and dryer — plus you can save up to 4 profiles.
I’ll also note that I was able to use FSA dollars due to a qualifying condition.

We started looking at bidet, some were just the seat attachments and then the entire unit. We heard about Toto brand and decided on the full unit. We shopped around and found Premier Bidet .
