FAQ - Orders and Shipping

How long will it take to ship my items and what will it cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders to the continental U.S. Transit times are typically 3-7 days through UPS, FedEx and USPS. Some of our larger items that require freight can take up to 10 days. We will contact you via email if this is the case. 

If you're placing an order from outside the U.S. please contact us for a quote.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If for some reason your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Will I receive tracking info?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order (although orders usually ship within 1-2 days).  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the supplier to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@premierbidets.com. 

What if my order shows up damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@premierbidets.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

What happens if I change my mind and I want to cancel or return my order?

Not a problem! If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at returns@premierbidets.com. If your item has already shipped, we will provide you with a paid shipping label to return the item.

For larger orders already shipped via LTL freight, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs over $50. 

All orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee once they have shipped. For sales cancelled pre-shipping, up to 3% in credit card fees may be non-refundable for orders where payment has already been captured.

You will receive your refund within 30 days of us receiving the returned item(s) if already shipped. If you would like to cancel an order and your items haven't been shipped yet, you will receive your refund within 30 days of us being notified. 

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. 

What's the deal with the risk free trials?

Premier Bidets' risk free trial program is an extension of our returns policy.  Unlike our return policy which requires the unit to be unused, bidet seats that we offer risk free trials for can be used, and returned used for a full refund within 30 days (period starts from the date ordered. This is dictated by the manufacturer. We do not have control over extending period, no exceptions). While we are unable to re-sell these used units, it’s worth it to us to offer risk free trials on these units as the return rates on them are very low. Note: Only one risk free trial per household/customer. If you would like to return the order, you will be sent a (fully paid) return shipping label via the email provided or any one of your choosing. If you don't have an email, we will mail the return label to the shipping address provided.
