I purchased a TOTO S5 from Permier Bidets last year. It arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Well packaged. It was easy to install, easy to learn how to operate, and I've enjoyed it immensely. Why did I wait so long to bring a bidet into my life? I'm going to buy another for a second bathroom in our home.

I ordered the Toto bidet for my primary bedroom and the base originally arrived cracked. I reached out to customer service and they immediately sent me the replacement base. I’ve been using my new bidet for a few months now and absolutely love it! I deactivated the auto sensing on the lid so that I could walk in and out of my bathroom without having to tiptoe around the bidet. I love this thing so much I ordered one for the powder room!

This is our second Ultra Nova seat. We like them very much. Even though the first seat cover has stopped raising and lowering, we decided to opt in for another of the same. Alll other functions meet or exceed expectations. Just one day on the job with seat one convince my wife and I there had to be a seat two. Please also note that I clean with black lights and noticed marks on seat one that corresponded with bubble wrap marks. These are not removable but again,..that is no problem. I asked about a solution for the seat one issue and never heard back. We love our Ultra Novas. Thanks!!!

We live in Japan and have been raving to the in-laws about the toilets here. The time came for making the bathrooms more accessible, so we decided to gift them a couple of Neorests. They were skeptical at first, but fully converted now. Dad always complained about how the change to low-flush toilets was basically a crime against humanity, so he can’t stop commenting about how well the flush works.

It has been almost a year since we installed our two total toilets. We chose the neo rest LS and th Washlet to sit on top of the Aqua IV one piece elongated dual flush throne. They are both still working flawlessly and continue to amaze our guests and be appreciated by us as the LS has the light at the middle of the night and auto flush, which is very convenient.

Delivered in great shape without any issues. The Brittany vanity is gorgeous. I looked for a long time before buying purchasing this one in the celadon green. Very well made.

We ordered two Electric Mirror, Radiance mirrors for a bathroom remodel. As a North Bend , WA contractor this was a test run to try another supplier out. Premier Bidet offered the best price and customer service out of the other online vendors. We will be using Premium Bidet again! Highly recommended!
