Fluidmaster Soft Spa 9500 Bidet Seat

I am very pleased with my bidet, in fact this is my second purchase. It works exactly as expected, providing cleanliness and comfort. The quality and performance has consistently met my needs that is why I have chosen to purchased it again. I would highly recommend it for anyone that wants to upgrade their bathroom experience

This bidet is awesome. I replaced a $400 bidet with this one, since the previous bidet had such low pressure I was using the same amount of TP. The 9500 has 5 pressure levels and it does a fantastic job of cleaning. I stopped doing safety wipe checks, since they have never been necessary. It has the same features of the $700 bidet I almost bought. You can’t go wrong with the Soft Spa. Save yourself a lot of money and get this one. Plus, if you don’t like it, just return it. You are taking no risk. I couldn’t be happier and would give it 10 stars if I could.

I just got the soft spa bidet, and buying through premierbidets.com was effortless and seamless. They were really nice and it was delivered pretty quickly. I hoping we can get the water pressure a little stronger but otherwise it seems like a good product I love the heated seat/water and light though..and hopefully can get the water pressure better. I would buy through this company again!

I purchased this last year through Premier Bidets, on the recommendation of a sales associate through email and on Reddit.
At the time, I was between waiting for the new TOTO series to release or buying the older model when it was suggested I look into this unit.

This is my 3rd bidet seat, first I started out with a basic two-nozzle unit that served me well for a couple years, but it started to fall apart and I decided to upgrade to a BioBidet that had heated water, light, and a "dry" function. That seat cracked and started deteriorating exactly 2 years after I installed it, so I was hoping for a more long-lasting unit with similar capabilities without spending thousands of dollars.

I have used my brother's Toto C100 several times through the years, and the only complaints I would have for that unit is its bulk and price. So I was intrigued by the soft spa, having only ever used fluidmaster products for replacing sink pieces and parts. A smaller unit with a competitive price was interesting. It not having much of a pedigree in the bidet community or many reviews made me hesitate but the promise of Premier Bidets to swap it out if I didn't find it suitable and the knowledge that the next gen TOTOs were coming out, it would be a suitable stop gap no matter what.

After almost a year, I can say that I'm very pleased with my purchase. The water nozzle is not quite as good at cleaning as the TOTO, but it is better than the BioBidet. The remote being detached is annoying, but I just mounted it on the cabinet next to the toilet so it's fine. The plastic piece that provides the locking mechanism of the seat onto the base cracked when I was adjusting the seat -- but they quickly sent a replacement plate no questions asked. The fan is still substandard for a true drying experience, and the carbon filter worries me because it doesn't seem to be replaceable. BUT, overall, I will keep using this device until it dies. I'm going to put the 5 year warranty to its test and see how it holds up.

The product is excellent. Even the instructions are as clear as can be.
The only problem I experienced was the extra days past the last due date that it took for the bidet to arrive. This was apparently due to a holdup at the production facility (Fluidmaster), not Premier. But Fluidmaster apparently notified Premier of the delay, and that information was not relayed to me. I only learned about it by calling Premier customer service after the package's last due date.
Premier customer service was excellent in determining the holdup. But I think it would be a good idea for Premier to have an automatic customer notification in this uncommon situation.
I will still buy from Premier in the future, because everything else was A-1.
