The Ultra-NOVA is my first bidet. I’d been intrigued with the idea for years and finally decided to try it. Justine, at Premier Bidets, was great at helping me decide which one to buy and I feel confident that I made the right choice. Thank you, Justine! Emails kept me apprised of the order processing and delivery was prompt. Packaging was well done.
I was able to install it myself and I’m a female in my 70’s. Instructions were very clear. I only had to replace the existing water supply hose because it was inflexible, otherwise everything needed was included.
As far as using the bidet, I find that it’s good for the rear, but I seldom want to spend the time drying for the front only so I still use paper. However, one of the reasons I wanted a bidet was in anticipation of physical limitations as I age, so I’ll probably have to be more patient then.
I turned off the heated seat because I’m in the southern U.S. and we don’t need more heat in the summer. This winter, I expect it will feel grand. I appreciate that I can stand on the seat with it closed because there’s a high window above the toilet that I clean - occasionally. A little thing I love is the cool blue light in the bowl.
The Ultra-NOVA is a solid, quality product and Premier Bidets is a great company to deal with.

This bidet is awesome. I replaced a $400 bidet with this one, since the previous bidet had such low pressure I was using the same amount of TP. The 9500 has 5 pressure levels and it does a fantastic job of cleaning. I stopped doing safety wipe checks, since they have never been necessary. It has the same features of the $700 bidet I almost bought. You can’t go wrong with the Soft Spa. Save yourself a lot of money and get this one. Plus, if you don’t like it, just return it. You are taking no risk. I couldn’t be happier and would give it 10 stars if I could.

I reached out about getting three Toto S5 bidet units as the price had recently increased. Not only did they get back to me immediately (after hours), but they price matched and had the units shipped out in very short order. The factory packaging was protected by a box with Instapack foam inserts to protect the units. Very nice. If anyone is looking for bidets, this will be my recommendation.

My husband and I installed our Toto bidet after visiting Japan. We have done a lot of traveling and can say, without a doubt, these are the best toilets in the world. We thought the cost would be higher and that it would be difficult to install. We were pleasantly surprsed by the cost which was lower than expected and our plumber easily installed it.

We put this in our master bath and could not be happier! We love the heated seat and auto flush the most! All our questions were answered by Premier Bidet and they even gave me recommendations. The whole shopping experience was hassle free.

This toilet is incredible. The lid opens automatically to greet you, the seat is warm, the filter eliminates odors, and the warm water cleans you. I also love that the integrated lights work as a night light, so you don't have to turn on the bathroom light.

We purchased this from Premier Bidets in November 2024 and had a good experience - the heavy box arrived on a pallet and there was no damage. Make sure you have at least 2 people to bring it into the house - it is heavy!

This toilet is very expensive. Your family will fight over whose turn it is to use it. It will make you hate all other toilets. So beware, and enjoy!

Now there are standard toilets and then there are “Ultra” Nova washlets! Let’s focus first on the obvious hygiene benefits - game changer for sure. But let’s not discount the comfort factor of a warm seat, warm water and warm air to get the job done in ultimate comfort. Last, but equally important, is the low profile appearance and modern/sleek design of the remote control. Clearly, the best of the best in washlets!

I'm very glad that my research on bidet seats led me to the Washlet S7. I did the installation myself and it was very simple. The washlet works well and I appreciate all the options for changing temperature and water patterns as well as including a feminine wash feature. The remote is intuitive. I use the magnentic mount so that I can access the additional information on the back of the remote. I definitely recommend!

Best features, best experience out of all I have tried. Would happily purchase again, easy to clean and has many configuration options to dial everything in. Awesome product.

Bought this Toto Washlet S7A from Premier Bidets a few months ago after sooo much research and product studying. I even reached out to their customer service team to compare brands and products! The research proved worth it because we adore our bidet — and what was supposed to be a gift for my husband ended up being an even better gift for me! Can’t imagine our bathroom without it!

Premier Bidets delivered the washlet on time, in perfect condition. They were great to work with before the sale too, very responsive on chat. The washlet itself is fantastic - works as advertised, with nice features like nightlight and auto-open.

When visiting Japan we experienced this amazing toilet everywhere we went and knew we wanted one for our home, but thought it would be very expensive in the US. We did some shopping around and bought one online and had it installed. Although not inexpensive, it cost less than we thought and our regular plumber easily installed it. I works perfectly and we love it. It salutes us upon approach, it flushes by itself, it lights up at night when in use. It is easy to clean and regularly cleans itself and us. The best toilet ever and looks great (for a toilet) too.
