The Toto smart toilet, purchased from Premier Bidets, has been a real pleasure to use. So much of an improvement of our experiences, using toilets before this time. In addition to enjoying this new addition to our bathroom, we also enjoyed tremendously dealing with Premier bidet. This toilet is incredible. The lid opens automatically to greet you, the seat is warm, the filter eliminates odors, and the warm water cleans you. I also love that the integrated lights work as a night light, so you don't have to turn on the bathroom light.

We purchased this from Premier Bidets in November 2024 and had a good experience - the heavy box arrived on a pallet and there was no damage. Make sure you have at least 2 people to bring it into the house - it is heavy!

This toilet is very expensive. Your family will fight over whose turn it is to use it. It will make you hate all other toilets. So beware, and enjoy!

Quick prompt delivery and at a great price

In addition to the great price, the rep from Premier Bidets was constantly checking, from scheduling delivery to installation and user experience.

The NX1 is an incredible bidet toilet. It’s nicely customizable both overall for features, and individually for washing. It fit well into our small upstairs bathroom. It’s a large toilet, but the shape and curves mean it ends up not feeling all that large. Being tankless makes all the difference visually. Installation did take a while and the installation instructions are well visualized but don’t have a lot of detail in written words so factor that into installation. The usage instruction manual is, however, very good. We are extremely satisfied with this bidet toilet and definitely glad we got the NX1 vs the other Toto models, or another brand. It’s a functional work of art. The key question is: if I was repeating the bathroom remodel, would I get the same model again? Yes, absolutely, and without any hesitation or reservation! It’s that good.

I asked tons of questions before I made my purchase, and John patiently answered each and every one of them. He made me feel comfortable that if there was damage to the toilet during shipping (there wasn't) that he'd make things right. He talked me through what electric changes I'd need to do and helped review the tons of picture I sent him to ensure the NX1 would fit in my space. He put me at ease and made the purchase simple.

Since then, I've thoroughly enjoyed my NX1. Auto-open, a warm seat, multiple bidet options, and a simple remote. I've not had a single issue since purchase. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
