Premier Bidets delivered the washlet on time, in perfect condition. They were great to work with before the sale too, very responsive on chat. The washlet itself is fantastic - works as advertised, with nice features like nightlight and auto-open.
When visiting Japan we experienced this amazing toilet everywhere we went and knew we wanted one for our home, but thought it would be very expensive in the US. We did some shopping around and bought one online and had it installed. Although not inexpensive, it cost less than we thought and our regular plumber easily installed it. I works perfectly and we love it. It salutes us upon approach, it flushes by itself, it lights up at night when in use. It is easy to clean and regularly cleans itself and us. The best toilet ever and looks great (for a toilet) too.

I love the heated seat and the unlimited warm water. It does a great job and I use less toilet paper. The controls are easy to understand. Highly recommend.

The S5’s updated horizontal remote from its predecessor feels much better to use from the wall and the night light helps when you need to go in the middle of the night and not blind yourself! Would order from here again if in need of another bidet and the price is right~

Hard to imagine going without it now. This bidet gets the job done and will save a lot of toilet paper while easing the load on our sewage treatment system. We will be retrofitting all toilets in our household with this unit. Dealing with Premier Bidets was great, very fair pricing, great quality, and quick service.

After four months of using this model, it is excellent. The heated toilet seat is excellent and the light on the side of the lid is optimal for using the bathroom at night. Besides the price being a bit high it's perfect! Highly recommend.

We bought three Toto S7a washlets to add Washlets in all the toilets in our new home. After our trip to Japan few years ago, this was in our "must do upgrade" when we moved into a new house. We are very happy with all of the features including automatic lid opening, seat warmer, continous water heater, dryer, etc. We installed the bidet by ourself. We had some issue with ordering three items together for the special sale price at that time and Ms. Valdez from Customer service patiently worked with us and resolved the issue so our Credit card will be processed. We are already considering ordering the Auto flush Kit from Premier Bidets. Highly recommend them.

I didn’t think it was necessary until I had it. Works amazing and way better than just the seat! The flushing power is phenomenal and the deodorizing feature, who needs poopuri anymore. You can’t go wrong with this one, the difference in the higher models is so marginal. Go ahead and get this one.

We love this Toilet! I wish I would’ve pulled the trigger long ago. Installation is not bad as long as you apply yourself it can be done without an issue.
