I want to thank John Grant, owner of Premier Bidets, for delivering the TOTO G5A on time as promised. The Ested delivery company did a fine job. The washlet has been installed, and is everything I was hoping for.
I am glad I waited the extra month agreeing to switch from the G450 to the newer G5A model. John, alerting me to the newer version with added features at the same price makes a big difference.

Wonderful toilet

This is a wonderful toilet/bidet. This is my third Toto, bought to replace a new but disappointing Kohler. Delivery was fast, price was good. Highly recommend Toto and Premier Bidets.

Best decision ever

I was watching my wife struggling to get up from the bowl

Of course she wo up lent admit she hurt. The handicap height solved one problem- the fact that I like bidets made her let me buy it!

We love it and the support ( not that it’s needed from these people ) they were going to send a new seat !

Only issue, when you go on cruises and vacation, you go need to be sure to flush

Best decision ever and it was a good fit in my bathroom, you see no pipes or supplies, and the cord - goes inside my vanity after 2 inches and plugs in

Great products and merchant

We purchased five toilets from premier bidets…two Toto regular toilet, two Toto with bidets and one G5A for the master. We LOVE them all. Our favorite is the G5A for the look and function. The other bidets work just as well however the overall look of the G5A is fantastic. I also cannot say enough good things about the merchant. Toto Bidet Toilet

I have had the Toto Bidet Toilet installed and have been using it for 4 months. I love it. I live in an older house in New England and in the Winter the heated seat is amazing. My husband is disabled so he cannot reach around and flush a normal toilet.
The remote option is a game-changer and the auto-flush makes life so easy. The initial set-up took awhile as the manual takes some time to absorb and implement--lots of options and electronics but once your preferences are established everything works great. Lighted toilet so you can see it in the dark, auto-flush and auto lid-open/close if you want. I disabled the auto lid open as the toilet is the first thing you pass by so even walking to the shower or sink caused the lid to open. One thing I would like to see is more lighting for the remote unit that is hung on the wall. Can be difficult to see at night. Premier Bidets had the best pricing out there and with free delivery it was far less than if I had gotten it through my local plumber. Bottomline: I love the bidet toilet and I also love the cost and customer service at Premier Bidet. Thanks.
