Premier Bidets delivered the washlet on time, in perfect condition. They were great to work with before the sale too, very responsive on chat. The washlet itself is fantastic - works as advertised, with nice features like nightlight and auto-open.

GREAT INTELLIGENT TOILET

When visiting Japan we experienced this amazing toilet everywhere we went and knew we wanted one for our home, but thought it would be very expensive in the US. We did some shopping around and bought one online and had it installed. Although not inexpensive, it cost less than we thought and our regular plumber easily installed it. I works perfectly and we love it. It salutes us upon approach, it flushes by itself, it lights up at night when in use. It is easy to clean and regularly cleans itself and us. The best toilet ever and looks great (for a toilet) too.

Best addition to our bathroom!

We love our bidet and don't know how we lived without it. We love the heated seat, auto flush and auto closing lid.The toto toilet is well made. It arrived well packaged with all parts easily identifiable. The installation is very simple. The printed instructions are easy to follow. Premier bidet had the best price!
