However, the toilet bowl was damaged upon arrival, and the toilet tank is of wrong size. Called the customer service. John was friendly and helpful. Promptly resent the toilet bowl and tank. Received the replacement within a week. Installed and setup in less than half a day. It is fully automatic and keeps the bowl very clean. We love and enjoy the toilet set. Highly recommend Premier Bidets and TOTO products. Thank you, Premier Bidets and TOTO!

Great Service

My washlet came with a cracked water reservoir, but I don’t notice until a month after delivery when my contractor stated the install… the customer service team sent me a new water reservoir. Two days after the install, the second reservoir developed a small leak through an almost invisible crack… after contacting customer service, they sent another reservoir. There was no pushback, they just took care of me. This was superb service and they have earned a customer for life. I have been recommending premier bidets to all my friends that were in the market for a new bidet/toilet.
