Ordered and received in under a week. This seat is easy to install, the hardest part was unscrewing the previous water hose line. If you want a premium bidet, this is the one to get. The best part is the seat lifting on its own.

We purchased our first bidet over 5 years ago and were looking for another one to add to our other bathroom. From our research, the TOTO brand has had the best reviews and performance so we purchased the model S7A from Premier Bidets and it has been a fantastic experience, literally and figuratively.

Premier Bidets had by far the best price and delivery than any other company out there, even the huge impersonal companies everyone is familiar with. Our TOTO arrived in 2 days with excellent updates from Premier Bidets, and it was packaged unbelievably well.

We had the S7A installed in less than an hour and got to spend the rest of the afternoon going through the amazing features and tailoring of options.

The surprising feature we love the most is the automatic lifting and closing of the lid and seat. I thought it was just a gimmick, but no longer having to bend over to lift the seat/lid and putting it back down has become a surprising benefit that has made it well worth getting the S7A.

Overall, we are very happy and pleased with the TOTO S7A and Premier Bidets, and will soon be replacing our 5 year old bidet with another S7A.

My journey:
I started with a TOTO tank-based model 10+ years ago, but the stored water caused irritation and itching, so I stopped using it. I moved to the TOTO K300 - no irritation thanks to instant heating and EWATER+, but the spray pressure was just okay. Then I tried the Ultranova - a premium unit with really strong pressure and an enema function, but a few things didn't work for me: the lid would open even if I was across the bathroom (and the washlet was in my separate toilet room), the seat few times started to close while I was still on it, and the remote felt less elegant than TOTO’s. Its a solid washlet, but less luxurious feel compared to Toto S7A.

Why the S7A wins:
• Comfort & hygiene: No irritation at all, and the spray pressure is definitely stronger than the K300 (Amazon reviews and Q&A saying they’re the same, were wrong).
• Cleansing power: You can create a thorough enema cleanse just by turning the pressure up — no extra modes needed.
• Design & feel: I chose the Classic style; it’s timeless and looks beautiful in my bathroom. The remote feels premium and intuitive. Overall, it’s a five-star hotel bathroom experience at home.
• Confidence: Reliable, well-built, and feels worth the investment every single time.

I loved the S7A so much I installed one in each bathroom. I’ve even found myself showing it off to guests - and they’re blown away by the luxury feel. Now I’m genuinely spoiled; when I visit places without a TOTO S7A, I'm a bit traumatized :-)

If you’re debating between mid-tier Toto models or other premium brands, this is the flagship experience. Worth the price, worth the upgrade, and a joy to own every day.

Love this bidet, does everything I want and more. The only thing that gets me is the night light is on at all times. Additionally I bought a 3 pack of filters for the water line and they are not compatible with these bidets. For anyone looking to buy, I would definitely recommend buying here from Premier Bidets as the customer service has been amazing.

We really like this bidet seat. It is feature-rich and well-built and we are happy we spent the extra money for this upgraded model. We really wanted all of the automation it offered, unfortunately we don't have a toilet model that supports auto-flush but it still has a lot to offer. The engineering that went into this product is evident- Toto is at the top of their game and when you use this product you'll see how much thinking went into it (and there's a lot to it). The one thing I wish it did better was allow you to set a shorter delay before auto-closing the lid. Often we are using the remote to close the lid before flushing so we don't have to wait the minimum 25 seconds after getting up before it shuts the lid on its own. Everything else works exactly as you'd expect. Premier Bidets was helpful pre-sales and responsive post-sales. I wasn't aware until it arrived and I inquired, but they opened the box to add padding pre-shipment. I would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time and the padding added was not substantial IMO. I would hate to see how Toto ships these if this was an "improvement".

LOVE the Toto S7A. It’s like the Rolls Royce of bidets, and a BIG step up from my old S300. Enjoy the automatic seat opener, and now expect all toilets to do it whenever I approach! Had a fantastic experience buying from Premier Bidets - got a great deal, shipping was fast, and there was good follow up to make sure I was satisfied. Would highly recommend the product and the seller!

This is the bidet I didn't know I needed. I'm so glad I made the decision to purchase it, my spouse and I are very happy. I'm already looking at adding outlets in other bathrooms for more.
