It was great working with Premier Bidets. I try not to order from Amazon, but their prices are usually much lower than other sellers. I was happy to find a smaller retailer whose prices were the same and in my case lower then Amazon’s Prices. Ordering was easy and my Washlet was delivered right away. I was even impressed by Premier Bidets safe packing process. I would definitely recommend them.

I chose the S7 for the larger seating area and self-cleaning bowl features, and best purchase ever!! The oscillating wand setting is awesome, never felt cleaner lol. The deodorizer works very well!

I just came back from Japan and after a week of using bidet toilet seats I figured I'd get one. I knew the features I wanted and the Toto S5 had all the features I wanted. I installed it a few days ago and so far so good. It does everything well. Only time will tell how durable it is but considering how reputable the company is, I'm confident it will last.

I got a good deal from premier bidets. They are one of the certified retailers for TOTO. The shipment was faster than I expected and it is very easy to install. The only thing I regret is why I didn’t buy it earlier.

I think the S5 is the sweet spot as far as features and price for the Toto washlets. I wanted the night light and a tankless, on demand version. I do wish the night light was motion activated but it’s not a huge deal. Really like the energy saver modes. The seat provides a luxurious experience with ability to customize heat on the seat, water, and dryer — plus you can save up to 4 profiles.
I’ll also note that I was able to use FSA dollars due to a qualifying condition.

We started looking at bidet, some were just the seat attachments and then the entire unit. We heard about Toto brand and decided on the full unit. We shopped around and found Premier Bidet . They not only had the best price but we're so easy to work with. Now we wonder why we didn't buy one sooner. Absolutely love the fresh and clean feeling. My journey:
I started with a TOTO tank-based model 10+ years ago, but the stored water caused irritation and itching, so I stopped using it. I moved to the TOTO K300 - no irritation thanks to instant heating and EWATER+, but the spray pressure was just okay. Then I tried the Ultranova - a premium unit with really strong pressure and an enema function, but a few things didn't work for me: the lid would open even if I was across the bathroom (and the washlet was in my separate toilet room), the seat few times started to close while I was still on it, and the remote felt less elegant than TOTO’s. Its a solid washlet, but less luxurious feel compared to Toto S7A.

Why the S7A wins:
• Comfort & hygiene: No irritation at all, and the spray pressure is definitely stronger than the K300 (Amazon reviews and Q&A saying they’re the same, were wrong).
• Cleansing power: You can create a thorough enema cleanse just by turning the pressure up — no extra modes needed.
• Design & feel: I chose the Classic style; it’s timeless and looks beautiful in my bathroom. The remote feels premium and intuitive. Overall, it’s a five-star hotel bathroom experience at home.
• Confidence: Reliable, well-built, and feels worth the investment every single time.

This toilet is incredible. The lid opens automatically to greet you, the seat is warm, the filter eliminates odors, and the warm water cleans you. I also love that the integrated lights work as a night light, so you don't have to turn on the bathroom light.

We purchased this from Premier Bidets in November 2024 and had a good experience - the heavy box arrived on a pallet and there was no damage. Make sure you have at least 2 people to bring it into the house - it is heavy!

This toilet is very expensive. Your family will fight over whose turn it is to use it. It will make you hate all other toilets. So beware, and enjoy!

I didn’t think it was necessary until I had it. Works amazing and way better than just the seat! The flushing power is phenomenal and the deodorizing feature, who needs poopuri anymore. You can’t go wrong with this one, the difference in the higher models is so marginal. Go ahead and get this one.
