Love my Toto RS

I love the Toto RS, and was so pleased with John from Premier Bidets. John was so knowledgeable about the product, and helped me to make sure that it was the correct integrated bidet for my needs. The price was great, and Premier Bidets professionally delivered it in just a few days.

The Toto RS is amazing, it is quiet, reliable, and full of features. The only thing that I would update on this toilet is to give it a touchscreen remote.

Great Customer Service, Fantastic Toilet

Love this toilet, it has all the features we needed from heated seating and blower, to cleaning settings. The toilet looks great, I would 100% but again. Premier bidets customer service was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

The porcelain throne

I didn’t think it was necessary until I had it. Works amazing and way better than just the seat! The flushing power is phenomenal and the deodorizing feature, who needs poopuri anymore. You can’t go wrong with this one, the difference in the higher models is so marginal. Go ahead and get this one.

We love this Toilet! I wish I would’ve pulled the trigger long ago. Installation is not bad as long as you apply yourself it can be done without an issue.

Love it, but wish there were options for a hi-tech remote

Love the Neorest RS, I just wish there were choices for a different type of remote, like one with the screen. The Kohler has a nice screen based remote control, the neorest remote is not amazing, but the rest of the washlet and toilet are perfect

Very Happy with Premier Bidets and Neorest RS

It's been a couple months since we ordered and received the toilet. We haven't written a review since we just had it installed a few days ago. The order process was very smooth with a great price and delivery was quick with the driver bringing it in the house for a small tip. We didn't pay for the white glove delivery service. One reason for the review delay was I had anxiety about the install. Qualified Trades people and in particular plumbers and electricians are hard to find and schedule in Delaware. The install went very smoothly, the contractor had to install an electrical outlet and took total 6 hours start to finish. The toilet meets our expectations based on reviews and word of mouth.

Toto Neorest RS

I recently purchased the Neorest RS from Premier Bidets. After a lot of online searching, I found their selection to be the most comprehensive. After completing the online form helping to identify which bidet was right for me, I was immediately contacted by Justine. She was amazing to work with. She helped ensure the bidet would fit by sending pictures directly to Toto. She also took all the worry away from buying an expensive product sight unseen. After placing the order she confirmed the tracking information and I received my bidet about a week later. Smooth transaction and excellent customer service. I will be a repeat customer.
